No More Sex Comedies For Riteish?

Riteish Deshmukh has revealed that he is not interested in doing sex comedies any more

Riteish Deshmukh, the actor who can be called the face of ‘Grand Masti’, which is already off to a flying start at the box office, has revealed that he is not interested in doing sex comedies any more.

Currently in London for the shooting of ‘Humshakals’ (directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani), has said that he did not expect this kind of business for ‘Grand Masti’. Riteish revealed - “I haven’t seen this kind of buzz before in my career. We didn’t expect this kind of opening (for Grand Masti), but it feels great. One always hopes that every film works; I guess I’ve been lucky.”

However, Riteish was heard telling a friend that he doesn't want to do sex comedies any more. This news comes up as a surprise, especially when he has been associated with the specified genre for a long time now, and has delivered hits on his own too.

Next year, Riteish is set to make his Marathi acting debut in an action-drama directed by Nishikant Kamath. The film will release on January 3, 2014.
