"Horror Story" was never expected to be another "1920" as dull promos of the film made it evidently clear. Film had some ensemble of irritating actors coupled with uninspiring direction.

Film collected poor 79 lakhs, 96 lakhs and 1.11 cr  over the weekend taking 1st weekend total to 2.87 cr nett. Film collected further 53 lakhs on Monday  followed by rather better  62 lakhs on Tuesday, 55 lakhs on Wednesday and 51 lakhs on Thursday taking 7 day total to 5 cr nett. Film further added 55 lakhs in 2nd weekend taking total figure to 5.50 cr nett.

Film will finish with 6 cr nett lifetime. Film might recover cost from ancillary revenues due to low cost but at box office this is a terrible one with 2.50 - 3 cr share.
