Madhavan is all set to play a retired boxer in Sudha Kongara’s movie. The actor has worked hard to add pounds and bulk up his physique, to look suited for the role. Madhavan will be seen sporting will long hair and a beard in the flick.

As we hear, plenty of hard work went into the preparation of Madhavan for the role, with Hollywood experts specializing in training actors being hired to train Madhavan.

Madhavan had earlier commented - “I’m doing a film that we start shooting in December. It will be shot in Hindi and Tamil and is based on boxing. I have been preparing for it for the last seven months and I’m very excited about it.”

Madhavan recently also finished shooting for a Hollywood project, ‘Night of the Living Dead’.
