Percy and Jimmy from North Vancouver, say they suffered years of unwanted sexual touching at the hands of Shiamak, who they say, abused his authority as their spiritual leader to control all aspects of their lives.

They have said that the choreographer is a sexually abusive and controlling leader of a VRRP Spiritual Learning group. Two lawsuits have been filed in the Canadian province of British Columbia Supreme Court.

Denying the allegations, Shiamak said, "I’m shocked by these allegations and deny them completely. I will not be intimidated into silence and will defend myself vigorously in court."

"Even though I’m extremely anxious to speak the truth, I have been advised not to do so publicly by my lawyer, David Crossin, as this matter is now before the court,” He added

He further said, "It is a privilege and honour for me to continue the work of my spiritual teacher, Khorshed Bhavnagri".

VRRP follows the teachings of Bhavnagari, who wrote ‘The Laws of the Spirit World’.

"It is my position, as filed in my response, that these claims are being made by former members of VRRP Spiritual Learning to simply smear Mrs. Bhavnagri’s good name and her wonderful book ‘The Laws of the Spirit World’. I would like members of VRRP Spiritual Learning to be rest assured that I will continue to serve the book and its teachings,” Shiamak said.

The lawyer who represented Aamir, said, “Except the movie there is no evidence that there has been killing of Chinkara. There has to be some legal evidence to book someone. Except a scene from the movie there is no proof in the complaint that Chinkara was shot.” 

“The entire allegation is based upon a scene of the film “Lagaan” which cannot, by any stretch of imagination, be said to be a legal evidence of possession of the animal in question viz Chinkara,” one of the previous court orders stated.

''Kuch Kuch Locha Hai'' is another Sunny Leone starrer and has real bad reviews. Film released under 1000 screens and going by the competition at box office, film will find it tough to collect even 2 cr nett on day one. Film will be very lucky to reach this figure after poor performance of last Sunny Leone starrer ''Ek Paheli Leela''.

All Vinay Pathak starrer films failed miserably at box office and now here comes one more badly made film without any marketing.

The film kicks off with a search operation by Dev (Saurabh Shukla) and Nikki (Mugdha Godse). This brother-sister duo are in search of Nikki's 'non-ambitious but honest' husband Purushottam Tripathi (Vinay Pathak), who leaves the house after a tiff with his nagging (but loveable) wife Nikki. While on one hand, Nikki's relatives help to reconcile her relationship with Purushottam, on the other hand, the couple's common friend lays his bets on them getting divorced. Caught in a whirlpool of relatives, friends and emotional turmoil, Purushottam lands up in a gambling den, where he drinks heavily and wins not just the money but also the company of a 'working woman' prostitute Rubina (Raima Sen). Despite all her attempts to seduce him, the 'patni-vratha' Purushottam refuses to give in to her advances. Seeing a 'truthful human' in her, he starts staying with her, but without any intimacy between them. On a professional front too, his life is in turmoil as his book 'Ek Thehri Si Zindagi' fails to find any publisher, which further adds to his frustration. One day, when Purushottam is totally out of control emotionally, he again lands up at the same gambling den. Lady Luck favors him to the core and he makes a killing, so much so that he even defeats the owner of the gambling den 'in his own game'. He, then, hands over all the winnings to Rubina asking her to fund her brother's education.

The next day, a series of incidents happen in quick succession that puts everyone including Purushottam in a tizzy. While on one hand, Purushottam gets kidnapped in broad daylight, on the other hand, someone renames his book from 'Ek Thehri Si Zindagi' to 'Ek Tharki Si Zindagi', which lands up being a Bestseller' in no time of its publishing. Who are the people responsible for Purushottam's kidnapping and what are their motives, who is responsible for the renaming of the book, do Purushottam and his wife ever make peace with each other or do they land up divorcing each other is what forms the rest of the story.

Performance wise not a single performer stands out as every actor including senior ones ham and ham throughout. Mughda Godse is pathetic, Raima Sen looks old, Saurabh Shukla has only one thing funny an artificial mustache and Vinay Pathek repeats himself in a really bad wig.

Film has cliche premise and screenplay lacks pace. Film has poor dialogues. Film has irritating background score. Art department is so so and editing is poor.

Director Anil Chaudhary fails in bringing out some kind of comedy and basic etiquette of direction as he has written real poor screenplay. Though climax is bad and lack of events make it a tiring watch for masses.

Film released today and should release across 200 screens. Film had no chances at box office as its a film with very niche appeal and average reviews will kill its chances further. Film will depend on exceptional word of mouth to survive as it has no great buzz or marketing awareness.

2nd Weekend Box Office Collection Of AVENGERS AGE OF ULTRON

Film has total of 64.47 cr nett which is good total in 9 days and now film should jump today. Film will have lifetime business of under 75 cr nett which will be very good but not great. Film should had done 60 cr nett week one and 90 cr nett plus lifetime ideally going by the pre release buzz and recent performances of Hollywood films in India

AVENGERS AGE OF ULTRON Had Average 2nd Weekend

''Avengers'' opened to fantastic numbers of 70% and that was more than what anyone expected. Film will go only better from here onwards as there is no competition at box office. Film has got release in 1600 screens and that is 30% less than ''Fast & Furious 7'' but higher ticket prices plus more patronage in metros might even things out.

Film collected 10.98 cr nett which was be huge figure for a non holiday Hollywood opener and higher than any Bollywood opening day in 2015. Film lost at least 1-1.5 cr nett due to cancellation of morning shows due to technical issues. On day two again film was unlucky as it got affected by earthquake as cinemas were closed in larger part of north India but still it managed very good 11.85 cr nett.

Film had huge Sunday at box office and collected 13.17 cr nett which was big jump. Film dropped on Monday and collected 5.40 cr nett which was noticeable drop. Film added 4.60 cr nett on Tuesday, 3.90 cr nett on Wednesday and 3.75 cr nett on Thursday. Film dropped by 65% on 2nd Friday and collected 3.25 cr nett, 3.35 cr nett on 2nd Saturday and 4.05 cr nett on 2nd Sunday without any distinct jump.
