Kai Po Che' director Abhishek Kapoor, who gave a dream launchpad to TV star Sushant Singh Rajput is reportedly not very happy with Sushant off-late.
Abhishek and Sushant are working together again in ‘Fitoor’, which also has Katrina Kaif in the lead. The argument arose when Abhishek got to know that Sushant had signed Shekhar's Kapur's ‘Paani’ and that it could result in a clash of dates with 'Fitoor’.
A source revealed - “Sushant is on a roll and has three big films in hand. But he had a major tiff with Abhishek as the dates of the films could clash.”
Sushant’s spokesperson denied the reports, “There has been no showdown.”
The director’s friend said, “He was a bit concerned that the dates may clash. Abhishek has launched Sushant and he is extremely happy with his growth.”
‘Fitoor’ is slated to go on floors early next year, whereas Sushant will start working on ‘Paani’ from May onwards.
