"Satyagraha" had good weekend at box office and in a way film lived up to expectation and multi starrer cast. Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn delivered power packed performance which attracted audience to ticket windows.
Film collected 14 cr nett plus on Sunday taking weekend total to 39.12 cr nett. Monday will be a litmus test for the film and if film collects anything in excess of 6 cr nett that will be great though 5 cr nett will be strictly fair result.
Film has to hope for good consistent weekday figures
because film has only week one to make big impact before other new
releases will take the sheen. At the moment 58 cr nett week looks good
but whether week one will cross 60 cr nett that is the big question for
such a costly film.
