Ranbir and Shahid in Andaz Apna Apna sequel?

Rajkumar Santoshi is planning to cast Shahid and Ranbir in the sequel of the super hit cult comedy ‘Andaz Apna Apna

 

There is tremendous buzz around the sequel of Rajkumar Santoshi’s super hit cult comedy ‘Andaz Apna Apna’.

The audience was anticipating to watch the two superstars – Aamir and Salman Khan, together on screen. However, it’s not easy getting the two on board together again. So instead of waiting, the director is now planning to cast Shahid and Ranbir Kapoor instead.

A source close to the production said: “Rajji wants to do the film with Aamir and Salman, but he is keeping his options open. It’s become difficult to get combination dates from the two, so Rajji might go ahead with Ranbir and Shahid - who are both young and commercially viable."

Santoshi refused to divulge details, "It's very early for me to take the call on the actors. I am still in the process of putting together the script, so wouldn't like to comment on the casting of Andaz Apna Apna 2."

Shahid and Ranbir are both extremely brilliant actors with superb comic timing who can do full justice to their roles.
