Rajkumar Santoshi has roped in Anil Kapoor to play the lead role in a film based on the play 'Jis Lahore Nahi Dekhya Woh Jamiya Nahin'
Rajkumar Santoshi has over the years worked on several genres of films – thriller, romance, comedy and many more… And, now he is planning make a film
on a sensitive subject – the Indo-Pak relation. The filmmaker claims
that this is his dream project and has roped the evergreen actor Anil
Kapoor to play the lead role. The film is based on the play 'Jis Lahore Nahi Dekhya Woh Jamiya Nahin'.
The movie will be set on the backdrop of the Indo-Pak Partition and is said to be big budget, dramatic film.
