"Chennai Express" registered huge week one and beaten almost every record by big margin. So it was natural that film will not have that great subsequent weeks but film still managed some big numbers.
Film collected 43.85 cr nett in 2nd week which was huge and 3rd best ever at box office. "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" was bit better and "3 Idiots" leads by big margin of 12 cr in this list.
Film went on to register big 3rd week and finally managed to break lifetime record of every film in Bollywood thus establishing new landmark.
