Rakesh Roshan strikes off Anurag Basu’s name from birthday bash list

We hear that the past issues between ace producer Rakesh Roshan and the maverick director Anurag Basu over the 2010 release ‘Kites’ have carried forward to Rakesh Roshan’ upcoming birthday bash.

Back then, Rakesh Roshan, the ‘Kites’ producer had differences with Anurag over the direction part of the movie.

Rakesh Rohan is still not very happy with Anurag Basu and has made it evident too. A close source revealed - “While Pinky Roshan, Hrithik and Sunaina are making the arrangements for the party, Rakesh Roshan checking the invitations that are being sent out." Rakesh made it clear that he does not want Anurag to be invited.”

Let’s see if Anurag makes the first move and dials Sr. Roshan’s number to wish him on his birthday.

The invitees to the party include Mukesh-Nita Ambani, Subroto Roy, the Bachchans, Ekta Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Kangna Ranaut, Farhan Akhtar and Zoya Akhtar among many others.
