ONCE UPON AY TIME IN MUMBAI DOBAARA Records Big Day One Though Screen Size Played Spoil Sport
OUATIMD released across 1300 screens and got multiple shows in multiplexes. In a way film took advantage of Independence Day but on contrary suffered due to screen size.
Film had more than 90% occupancy all over which was natural on national holiday for a new film that too with a limited release. Film was superb in multiplexes as film did not get much of quality single screens.
As per early estimate, film should collect 8 - 8.5 cr nett on day one which is super. Though film missed an opportunity on national holiday due to limited screening but it should compensate that with wider release from tomorrow onwards.
Tomorrow film will go through real test and will set the trend for longer run of the film.
