Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ranveer Singh had to pay the price of being popular personalities in a recent turn of events. Their identities were misused when an imposter approached aspiring actresses asking them to send their bikini pictures to his mail account.

Reportedly, the imposter had made fake social media accounts in the name of producer Siddharth Roy Kapur.

Also, the person has been claiming that he would arrange for a meeting with Kapur and an audition will not be required for the role.

Siddharth and Ranveer got to know about the happenings when unknown people in parties started approaching the two about feedback for their requirement of bikini pictures.

Ranveer recently posted a tweet on his microblogging account about the issue - "There's an imposter account on Facebook creating a nuisance. Kindly ignore."

Siddharth has taken a stern stand on the issue and even filed a complaint with the cyber cell in Mumbai.
