his upcoming film ‘Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi’ director Bejoy Nambiar
has roped in Delhi-based rock band Euphoria to compose two tracks. This
renowned band has previously rendered music for a Malayalam film but
this will be the first time when they will compose for Bollywood.
‘Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi’ has Siddharth Gupta and Simran Kaur Mundi in the lead roles.
One
of the songs is an eccentric number with shades of rock to it called
‘Welcome Maiyya’. The song has been shot with the film's cast in a way
that elevates the film's storyline, hence the band won't be featured in
the song.
Nambiar confirmed the news, but did not share details.
