Athiya is working hard these days to gain much needed weight for her debut role in the upcoming remake of the famous 1983 film ‘Hero’ .

Athiya Shetty will be gaining weight for her debut film under the guidance of a fitness trainer and nutritionist. She will have to gain weight before the shooting for the movie starts.

The shooting for ‘Hero’ remake will start in November as the film’s still in its scripting stage. The film will be to be directed by Nikhil Advani and the pre-production work has already started.

The makers have roped in the 49-year-old Govinda to play the brother of Athiya Shetty, 19.
