Imtiaz signs Balak Palak director Ravi Jadhav

Imtiaz Ali who is currently busy with the filming of ‘Highway’ has signed National-award winning filmmaker Ravi Jadhav to direct a Hindi film

Imtiaz Ali who is currently busy with the filming of ‘Highway’ has signed National-award winning filmmaker Ravi Jadhav to direct a Hindi film.

Ravi Jadhav directed the highly acclaimed comedy drama, ‘Balak Palak’, which was produced by Ritiesh Deshmukh. This will be Jadhav's Hindi debut.

A source reveals, "Impressed by his style of direction, Imitiaz decided to sign Jadhav. He believes that Jadhav can add a lot of value to Hindi film industry. Imtiaz and Jadhav are working out the details and the film will go on floors early next year."

Jadhav made his Marathi debut with ‘Natarang’. It was showcased at several film festivals and also won the National award for Best Feature Film along with many other awards.
