‘Andaz Apna Apna’ is a laugh riot and of the best comedies of
Bollywood. There was lot of excitement regarding the animated 3-D
version of this 1994 classic comedy starring Aamir Khan and Salman Khan.
But now it seems the ambitious 3-D project is postponed indefinitely.

Jain, who was producing the film, said that the project is delayed
because of funds crunch. But, he has still not given up on the project,
"I think the animation format has not picked up in India. It held a lot
of promise a few years ago, but not anymore. If the situation improves, I
shall definitely go back to the film."
According
to reports, the film was estimated to be made at a budget of Rs 15
crore, is almost 35% complete and Salman had agreed to lend his voice to
the film.
The
Rajkumar Santoshi directed movie, which also starred Paresh Rawal,
Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon has achieved a cult status over the
years.
