It seemed that SRK and Salman buried the hatchet at Baba Siddiqui’s Eid party. However, Salman Khan’s latest remarks seem to be directed to SRK’s ‘Chennai Express’.
‘Chennai Express’ broke all records set by Salman Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and Aamir Khan’s ‘3 Idiots’.
The ‘Dabangg’ star recently commented, “This space will die
totally. I think this was a beautiful format where we had films like
‘Wanted,’ ‘Dabangg,’ etc. Now everybody has overdone it so much that it
might die away. These kinds of films are popular but the creativity is
becoming less...It seems the same stuff is happening...” According to reports, Salman Khan might have been referring to SRK’s ‘Chennai Express’.
Earlier, as a goodwill gesture, Salman Khan had also invited Shahrukh Khan to promote his films during the launch
of Big Boss 7. King Khan showed interest however stated it might be
some time before he makes an appearance on ‘Big Boss’ since he is in the
process of filming Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year,’ which is expected to
release in 2014.
