Both Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor will be extending their support to the 18th International Children's Film Festival India (ICFFI).
As per reports, Ranbir will be inaugurating the function
on November 14, whereas Salman, who will not be able to make it to the
festival due to his busy schedule, has come forward and already recorded
a special audio visual for the festival.
Dr. Shravan Kumar, the Festival Director and CEO, Children's Film Society commented - "Ranbir Kapoor will inaugurate the 18th Golden Elephant, his participation will be the great source of encouragement for the children."
Asked about Salman Khan’s involvement, Amole Gupte (Chairperson-Children's Film Society
of India) said - "In spite of his busy schedule Salman Khan lent his
support to the 18th Golden Elephant. His involvement with ICFFI will
help us to reach out to maximum number of children as they adore him.”
It is learnt that out of 900 films received from over 70 countries, the festival will feature the best 200 children's films sourced from more than 45 countries.
