Fuming on his film ‘The Lunchbox’ not being given an opportunity to go for Oscars as India’s entry, Anurag Kashyap went ahead and deleted his twitter account.
The internationally acclaimed filmmaker has been lying low after he deleted his social networking site.
The 1998 hit film ‘Satya’ was penned by Kashyap, a former
assistant of Ramu. Kashyap however is no longer in good terms with his
mentor as he had proclaimed Ramu had ‘lost it all’ after ‘RGV Ki Aag’.
The director created a furor on Twitter when he commented on his film losing out in the Oscar's race to ‘The Good Road’. Gujarati film 'The Good Road' was chosen by the selection committee over his film 'The Lunchbox' as India's official entry for the Oscars next year.
