Kabir Khan’s film starring Kat & Saif won’t release on August 15, 2014

Kabir’s Khan’s film will now be released either by end of 2014 or early 2015

Kabir Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ which released on August 15 2012 was one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. There were reports that his next film would be releasing on the same date next year. However, his next film starring Katrina and Saif Ali won’t be releasing on August 15, 2014.

Three films were lined up for the coveted slot of August 15, 2014 – Ajay Devgn’s ‘Singham 2’, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gabbar’ and Kabir Khan’s film with Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif.

However, Kabir’s Khan’s film will now be released either by end of 2014 or early 2015. Katrina and Saif will now be shooting for six days in Beirut, from October 22 for the film. And then the second schedule of the film doesn’t start till July 2014.

The film about post 26/11 counter-terrorism and will be written by Hussain Zaidi, a prominent crime writer.
