Lately,
there has been outrage and protests over Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s
upcoming film, ‘Ram Leela’. Starring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone,
the film revolves around the romance between a Jadeja girl and a Rabari
boy with the two communities depicted as warring clans.
The Rajput Samaj of Ahmedabad had threatened to file a petition against the movie in the Gujarat High Court as the movie allegedly misinterprets the history of Rajput and Rabari community.

source close to Bhansali confirmed the news, "The trailer has been well
accepted and he did not want to complicate the release. Better be safe than sorry as at the end of the day it's an expensive film which has been made with a lot of hard work and passion. Though it is a tough task, it has to be done."
