First they battle at the box office and now it’s the battle of the bashes! ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Krrish 3’ are by far the biggest movies in 2013. Now there are several celebration parties happening in B-town.
After
the mega success of ‘Krrish 3’ the whole team is gearing up for what a
part of the film's core team describes as the "bash of the century."
Says the source, "It would be the mother
of all parties. Rakesh and Hrithik Roshan want to celebrate not just
the success of Krrish 3 but their unbroken string of successes over the
years. Everyone who is someone from the field of entertainment, sports
and politics would attend."
Coincidentally, ‘Chennai Express’ bash was recently planned by a television channel out of the blue.
According to a source, "There was no occasion for the celebration. High TRP ratings for the television premiere
of ‘Chennai Express’ toh party ka bahaana tha. Actually it's a show of
strength at a time when Krrish 3 opened much bigger than expected and
went on to join the 100-crore club in the first 5 days."
About Krrish 3 overtaking ‘Chennai Express’ at the box office, Rakesh Roshan says, "I am not in competition with any other film. Let the merit of my film speak for itself."
